Clothing and Accessories

For eligible returns or exchanges please fill out the return card that is sent in every package. All clothing must have original tags attached, must be unworn, free of stains or makeup, and free of smoke smell. Any items exhibiting any of these conditions will be declined for return shipping and be sent back to the return address. 

For hygiene reasons the following items may not be returned or exchanged unless delivered damaged (Bodysuits, Swimsuits, Bralettes, underwear, Earrings, Hair Clips, Sun Glasses, Necklaces, Eye Lashes, Hair Ties, Face Masks, and All Sale Items.)

Refunds

Please note, refunds are issued for the item cost excluding any shipping expense and they are processed back to the original form(s) of payment used for the order.  Once we have received your return, the items eligible for a refund will be credited back within 5 business days. Confirmation email will be sent with refunded payment. Sale Items are not eligible for refunds.
